From Bismarckplatz, head east on the Hauptstraße, which is a pedestrian street lined with shops and cafes. Continue walking straight for about 800 meters. You will pass the University of Heidelberg and several historical buildings on your way. Keep an eye out for the large square in front of the old town hall. Once you reach the old town hall, take the first right onto Untere Straße. Continue on this street until you reach the intersection with Merianstraße. Turn left onto Merianstraße, and the Jesuitenkirche will be on your right side at Merianstraße 2.

    Public Transport

    If you are near the Heidelberg main train station (Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 5 towards 'Heidelberg Altstadt'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Heidelberg Altstadt' stop. From there, walk towards the main pedestrian street (Hauptstraße) and continue heading east. Follow the directions for walking from the city center to reach Merianstraße. The Jesuitenkirche will be located on your right at Merianstraße 2.
