    Getting There

    Bus

    From the Heidelberg central bus station (Heidelberg ZOB), take bus line 35 towards 'Lorsch'. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Lorsch Kloster' stop. From there, Lorsch Abbey (Nibelungenstraße 32) is just a short 5-minute walk. Head northwest on Nibelungenstraße, and you will see the abbey on your left.

    Train

    From Heidelberg's main train station (Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof), take a regional train (RE) towards 'Darmstadt'. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Lorsch' station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk east on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach Nibelungenstraße, then turn right. Lorsch Abbey will be on your left after a 15-minute walk.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike in Heidelberg. Start from the city center and head towards the Neckar River. Follow the bike path along the river towards the south. After about 12 kilometers, you will reach Lorsch. Once you arrive in Lorsch, follow the signs to Nibelungenstraße, where Lorsch Abbey is located at number 32.
