From the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 5 towards 'Heidelberg Altstadt'. Get off at the 'Heidelberg Altstadt' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead to reach the main pedestrian area, Hauptstraße. Continue along Hauptstraße and then turn right onto Augustinergasse. Walk a short distance and you will find the Studentenkarzer at Augustinergasse 2.
Biking

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the rental stations near the Hauptbahnhof. Head towards the B37, following the same route as pedestrians. After crossing the Alte Brücke, continue into the Old Town. Find Hauptstraße and ride along it until you reach Augustinergasse. Turn right, and the Studentenkarzer will be on your right at number 2.
