From Hohenzollern Castle, exit the castle grounds and head east on the road leading away from the castle. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the B27 highway. Turn left onto the B27 and follow the signs for Rangendingen. After approximately 5 kilometers, take the exit toward Rangendingen. Continue straight into Rangendingen, and follow the local signs to Grenzstein, which is located at CV53+MM, 72414 Rangendingen. Parking is available nearby, but check for any parking fees.
Public Transportation
From Hohenzollern Castle, you will need to walk back to the nearest bus stop located at the entrance of the castle. Take bus line 1 toward Hechingen. After about 15 minutes, disembark at the Rangendingen stop. From there, it is approximately a 20-minute walk to Grenzstein, located at CV53+MM, 72414 Rangendingen. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for the most up-to-date departure times. Note that a bus ticket will cost approximately €2-€3.
