From Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (central train station), take tram line 9 towards 'Leutzsch'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Südfriedhof' stop. From the tram stop, walk for about 5 minutes along Friedhofsweg to reach the entrance of Südfriedhof at Friedhofsweg 3.

If you are near the city center (Markt or Augustusplatz), you can walk to Südfriedhof. Head south on Petersstraße, then take a left onto Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Torgauer Straße. Cross the street and follow Torgauer Straße until you reach Friedhofsweg. Turn left onto Friedhofsweg, and you will arrive at Südfriedhof in about 30-40 minutes.
Bus
From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop (like 'Südfriedhof'). Take bus line 60 towards 'Hohenheida'. After a short ride of about 10-15 minutes, get off at the 'Südfriedhof' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the entrance located at Friedhofsweg 3.
