Continue on A13 for about 30 kilometers, then take the exit toward A14 in the direction of Leipzig. Drive on A14 for approximately 60 kilometers and then take exit 23 toward Leipzig-Mitte. Follow the signs for Martin-Luther-Ring. After about 5 kilometers, you will arrive at Martin-Luther-Ring 4, Leipzig where the New Town Hall is located.
