Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards Malschwitz. From the center of Lusatia, take the B96 towards Bautzen. Once you reach Bautzen, take the exit onto the B156 towards Malschwitz. Continue straight for approximately 15 km until you reach Warthaer Dorfstraße. The reserve is located at Warthaer Dorfstraße 29, 02694 Malschwitz. Parking is available near the entrance, and there are no fees for parking.

Public Transportation
To reach the Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve via public transportation, start at the main train station in your current location in Lusatia. Take a train to Bautzen, which is well connected to regional services. From Bautzen, catch bus number 70 towards Malschwitz. The bus will take you directly to Malschwitz, and you should get off at the stop 'Malschwitz, Warthaer Dorfstraße.' The reserve is a short walk from there, approximately 500 meters. Be sure to check the local bus schedule as frequency may vary.
