Once you enter Rostock, follow the signs for 'Mitte' and find parking near Kröpeliner Str. 49A. There are several parking garages in the vicinity, including the 'Parkhaus am Universitätsplatz'. Expect to pay approximately €1.50 per hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a regional train to Rostock Hauptbahnhof (main station). From there, you can catch tram line 1 or 2 towards 'Rostock-Warnemünde' and get off at 'Kröpeliner Tor'. The tram ride takes about 10 minutes. A single ticket costs around €2.30. After exiting the tram, Kröpeliner Tor will be just a short walk away at Kröpeliner Str. 49A.
Walking
If you are already in the city center, you can also reach Kröpeliner Tor by walking. From the Rostock Hauptbahnhof, head towards the city center and follow Kröpeliner Str. which is a straight road. It will take you approximately 15-20 minutes on foot, and you will enjoy the charming atmosphere of the city as you walk.
