Getting There

  • Public Transport

    If you're starting from the city center (Marienplatz), walk to the Marienplatz U-Bahn station. Take the U6 line towards Klinikum Großhadern. After 9 stops, get off at the 'Sendlinger Tor' station. Here, transfer to the U2 line towards Messestadt Ost. Travel for 3 stops and get off at 'Dülferstraße'. From Dülferstraße station, it's about a 15-minute walk to the FC Bayern Museum. Exit the station and head north on Widenmayerstraße, then turn left onto Werner-Heisenberg-Allee, where the museum is located on your right at number 25.

  • Public Transport

    From Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take the S8 S-Bahn line towards Leuchtenbergring. Get off at 'Leuchtenbergring' station after 2 stops. From there, transfer to the U2 U-Bahn line towards Messestadt Ost. Travel for 5 stops and get off at 'Dülferstraße'. Continue the same 15-minute walk to the museum as described above.
