Getting There

  • U-Bahn

    From Marienplatz station, take the U6 line in the direction of Klinikum Großhadern. Ride for 2 stops and get off at Sendlinger Tor. Change to the U2 line towards Messestadt Ost and ride for 4 stops, getting off at Theresienwiese station. Finally, transfer to tram line 19 in the direction of Pasing and get off at the stop called 'Haus der Kunst'. From there, it's a short walk to the museum entrance at Prinzregentenstraße 1.

    If you are at the central station (Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 19 towards Pasing. Ride for about 9 stops and get off at 'Haus der Kunst'. The museum will be directly in front of you once you exit the tram.
