Start at Munich's main train station, Hauptbahnhof. Take the S2 train towards Erding or the S8 train towards Leuchtenbergring. Travel for about 25 minutes and get off at Dachau station. Once you exit the station, head towards the bus stop located directly outside the station.

From Dachau station, take the bus number 726 towards 'Dachau, Abzweig Wetzhausen'. This bus will take you closer to your destination. Get off at the stop 'Dachau, Gottesackerstraße', which is right near the chapel. From the bus stop, walk a short distance down Gottesackerstraße, and you will find Heilig Kreuzkapelle on your left.

If you prefer to walk, after arriving at Dachau station, it's about a 15-20 minute walk to Heilig Kreuzkapelle. Exit the station and head northeast on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto Münchener Straße. Follow this road, which will turn into Gottesackerstraße. Continue walking until you reach the chapel at number 12 on your left.
