Haley was outstanding! She made sure the group was well cared for and that we all separately were able to do and see what we wished. Haley’s story telling was entertaining and we learned so much about King Ludwig Ii. We really appreciated at the start of the trip she communicated the plan for the day with us and as things changed or evolved she always kept us informed and offered alternative solutions. There is much walking on the tour, which was fine for our group, and Haley did let us know from the beginning that this would be the case. We highly recommend Haley and the tour!

Daniel was very professional and personable. He made me and my husband very comfortable as soon as we met him. Our day trip from Munich to Salzburg and Hallstatt was memorable and it was made possible by proper planning through Viator and of course our very nice driver Daniel. For those who want to save time and do as much with a day trip, this is a perfect way to spend and enjoy your vacation. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and low back pain. Good thing I was able to find this day trip in TripAdvisor two days before our Munich vacation and they communicated very well and accommodated our requests from where and what time to be picked up and places we want to see. Salzburg is beautiful and Hallstatt is magical. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend Daniel to my friends and family.
