To reach the Bavarian State Chancellery, start by heading to any U-Bahn station in Munich. If you're near Marienplatz, take the U6 line towards Klinikum Großhadern. Alight at the station 'Sendlinger Tor'. From there, transfer to the U2 line towards Messestadt Ost, and get off at 'Lehel' station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Widenmayerstraße until you reach Franz-Josef-Strauß-Ring. The Bavarian State Chancellery will be directly ahead.
