Tram
From the city center, head to the nearest tram station, for example, 'Karlsplatz (Stachus)'. Board Tram Line 17 towards 'Amalienburgstraße'. Stay on the tram for about 20 minutes, passing through several stops including 'Sendlinger Tor' and 'Giesing'. Get off at 'Nymphenburg Schloss' stop. From there, it's a short walk of about 5 minutes to the entrance of Nymphenburg Palace.
Bus
Make your way to 'Hauptbahnhof' (Main Train Station) in Munich. From the bus terminal, catch Bus Line 62 towards 'Nymphenburg Schloss'. The bus ride is approximately 15 minutes. Disembark at the 'Schloss Nymphenburg' stop, which is directly in front of the palace. You can then easily access the main entrance.
Subway
Start at 'Marienplatz', the central square in Munich. Take the U-Bahn Line U1 towards 'Mangfallplatz' and transfer at 'Sendlinger Tor' to the U2 line towards 'Messestadt Ost'. Get off at 'Nymphenburg' station. From the station, it's about a 10-minute walk to the palace. Follow signs leading to 'Schloß Nymphenburg' which will guide you through the park.
