If you are at Munich Central Station (München Hauptbahnhof), take the S-Bahn line S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, or S8 towards the city center. Get off at the next stop, 'Marienplatz.' Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the escalators that lead you to the main square. From Marienplatz, walk straight towards the Neues Rathaus (New Town Hall) and then turn left onto Residenzstraße. Continue walking straight until you reach the Munich Residenz, located at Residenzstraße 1.

If you're in the vicinity of Marienplatz, simply head towards the Neues Rathaus (New Town Hall) at the center of the square. From there, turn left onto Residenzstraße. Walk straight along Residenzstraße for about 5-7 minutes, and you will see the entrance to Munich Residenz on your right-hand side.

If you are near Sendlinger Tor, take Tram Line 16 or 17 towards 'St. Martin Str.' Get off at the 'Nationaltheater' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead and take the first right onto Residenzstraße. Continue walking for about 2 minutes, and you will arrive at the Munich Residenz.
