Getting there

U-Bahn (Subway)

From central Munich, head to the nearest U-Bahn station, for example, 'Marienplatz'. Take the U2 line (direction 'Duisburg') and ride for 5 stops until you reach 'Olympia-Einkaufszentrum'. From there, transfer to the U3 line (direction 'Moosach') and get off at 'Olympiazentrum' (1 stop). After exiting the station, follow the signs for 'BMW Museum'. It is a short walk of approximately 10 minutes through the Olympiapark.

Tram

If you are near the central area, locate the nearest tram stop. Take tram line 20 or 21 from 'Hauptbahnhof' (Main Train Station) towards 'Olympiazentrum'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Olympiazentrum'. From the tram stop, follow the signs to the BMW Museum, which is about a 5-minute walk.

Bus

Find the nearest bus stop where you can catch bus line 173. If you start at 'Hauptbahnhof', board bus line 173 towards 'Olympiazentrum'. It's a direct route and will take around 20 minutes. Disembark at the 'Olympiapark West' stop, and the BMW Museum is a short 5-minute walk from there.

Walking

If you are already in the Olympiapark area, or nearby, you can walk to the BMW Museum. Look for signs directing you to the museum. The address is Am Olympiapark 2, 80809 München. It's a picturesque walk through the park, taking approximately 15 minutes from the Olympiastadion.
