If you are near a bus stop, look for bus lines 32 or 100. Take the bus towards 'Karlsplatz (Stachus)' and get off at the 'Marienplatz' bus stop. From there, walk straight into the square and you will find Marienplatz 3 right in front of you, next to the Town Hall.
