Getting There

  • Subway

    From Marienplatz, take the U2 subway line towards Messestadt Ost. Get off at the next stop, Sendlinger Tor. Transfer to the U1 line towards Mangfallplatz. Ride for just one stop and get off at the next station, which is Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station).

    Exit Hauptbahnhof and head east on Bayerstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Widenmayerstraße. Turn left onto Widenmayerstraße, and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Sendlinger Straße. At this point, continue straight on Widenmayerstraße until you reach Old Bunker, located at 80331 Munich. The walk should take approximately 15 minutes.

    From Sendlinger Tor, you can also take Tram Line 16 or 17 towards St. Emmeram. Get off at the stop called 'Leopoldstraße/Universität'. From there, walk towards the north along Leopoldstraße and turn right onto Gabelsbergerstraße. Continue walking straight until you reach Old Bunker.
