Getting There

• Walking

  If you are already in the center of Oberammergau, you can easily walk to Oberammergauer-Eule. Start from the Oberammergau Tourist Information Center, which is located at Am Bahnhof 1, just a few minutes away. Head northeast on Am Bahnhof towards Ludwig-Thoma-Straße. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will find Oberammergauer-Eule located on your left at Ludwig-Thoma-Straße, 82487 Oberammergau. The walk should take approximately 7-10 minutes.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Oberammergau. Once you have a bicycle, head towards Ludwig-Thoma-Straße. You can take the main road through the town, following the bike lanes. The ride will take about 5 minutes, and you can park your bicycle in the designated bike racks near Oberammergauer-Eule.

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, you can navigate to Oberammergauer-Eule using your GPS. Start from the center of Oberammergau and head northeast on Am Bahnhof/ B2. After about 1 km, turn left onto Ludwig-Thoma-Straße. Oberammergauer-Eule will be on your left. Be aware that parking may be limited in the area, so plan to arrive early or check for available parking spots nearby.

• Public Transportation

  If you're using public transportation, first take a bus or train to Oberammergau. Check the local schedules for service to Oberammergau. Once you arrive at the Oberammergau bus station, it is a short walk to Oberammergauer-Eule. Exit the bus station and head northeast on Am Bahnhof, then turn left onto Ludwig-Thoma-Straße. The destination is approximately 500 meters from the bus station, taking around 7-10 minutes on foot.
