Getting There

• Walking

  If you are already in Oberammergau, WASSERSPIELE-Brunnen is easily accessible by foot. Start at the town center, which is around the main square (Platz). From there, head southeast on Hauptstraße toward Ettaler Str. for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Ettaler Str. and continue walking for about 200 meters. You will find WASSERSPIELE-Brunnen located at Ettaler Str. 5, on your right-hand side. The walk should take you approximately 5 minutes.

• Public Transportation

  If you are further away from the town center, you can use local bus services. Look for the nearest bus stop and take a bus that heads toward Oberammergau. Once you arrive at the Oberammergau bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the main square (Platz). From there, follow the walking directions above to reach WASSERSPIELE-Brunnen. Note that bus tickets usually cost around €2.50 to €3.00, depending on the distance. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary.

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards Oberammergau via the B2 road. Once you enter the town, follow signs to the center. There is limited parking available around the main square. You can park your car and walk to WASSERSPIELE-Brunnen. To reach the location, exit the parking area, and head southeast on Hauptstraße, then turn left onto Ettaler Str. and continue until you see the fountain at Ettaler Str. 5. Parking fees may apply, so be prepared to pay around €1.00 to €2.00 per hour.
