    Getting There

    Car

    From Oberammergau, head east on Ammerstraße (B2) towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you see the signs for Laber. There will be a sign indicating the Laber cable car station. Turn right and follow the signs to the parking area. There may be a small parking fee of around €3-€5 per day.

    Public Transportation

    Start at the Oberammergau bus station (Bushaltestelle). Take the bus line 9622 towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Laberbahn' stop. From there, you can walk to the Laber cable car station. The bus fare is around €2-€3 depending on your ticket type.

    Cable Car

    Once you arrive at the Laber cable car station, you can purchase a ticket for the cable car to the top of Laber. The round-trip ticket costs about €15 for adults and €10 for children. Enjoy the scenic ride and once at the top, take in the breathtaking views of the Ammergau Alps.
