Once you reach Kaiserslautern, take the exit towards 'Kaiserslautern-West' to merge onto B270. Continue on B270, and then take the exit for 'Kaiserslautern Stadtmitte'. Follow the signs for 'Fruchthallstraße'. Once you arrive at Fruchthallstraße 21-23, you will find Fackelbrunnen located near the intersection with Fruchthallstraße and Aschaffenburger Straße.
