Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards Pirmasens. From the A62 autobahn, take the exit for Pirmasens. Follow B10 into the city. Once in Pirmasens, look for signs directing you to the city center. Continue on Poststraße, and you will find Forum Alte Post at Poststraße 2. There is on-site parking available, but be aware that it may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take a train to Pirmasens Hauptbahnhof (main train station). From there, you can either walk or take a local bus. If walking, exit the station, head northeast on Bahnhofstraße, then turn right onto Poststraße. Forum Alte Post will be on your left at Poststraße 2. If you prefer the bus, look for bus line 201 or 203 that goes towards the city center; get off at the stop 'Postplatz', which is a short walk from the museum.
Walking
If you are already in the city center, you can reach Forum Alte Post by walking. From the central square, head south on the main street, then take a left onto Poststraße. Continue walking until you reach Poststraße 2, where Forum Alte Post is located. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes and takes you through the heart of Pirmasens.
