From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the S7 train towards Berlin Hbf (Berlin Central Station). The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Berlin Hbf, transfer to the U6 subway line towards Alt-Tegel. Get off at the stop 'Friedrichstraße' and transfer to the U8 line towards Wittenau. Get off at 'Bernauer Straße'. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Brunnenstraße 105. Head south on Bernauer Straße, turn left onto Ackerstraße, and then right onto Brunnenstraße. The Berlin Underworld will be on your left.
