From Potsdam Central Station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take the S7 train towards Ahrensfelde. Get off at Berlin Alexanderplatz, which is the third stop. At Alexanderplatz, transfer to the U2 subway line towards Pankow. Travel for three stops and get off at U-Bahn station Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. From there, exit the station and walk south on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße for about 500 meters. Turn left onto Auguststraße, and you will find the KW Institute for Contemporary Art at Auguststraße 69.

From Potsdam, take the bus line 614 from the stop 'Potsdam, ZOB' towards 'Berlin, Bahnhof Südkreuz'. Get off at 'Berlin, Zinnowitzer Straße'. From there, walk to the nearby U-Bahn station 'Friedrichstraße'. Take the U6 towards Alt-Tegel and get off at the next station 'Oranienburger Tor'. Exit the station and walk east on Oranienburger Straße until you reach Auguststraße. Turn right and walk to number 69, where the KW Institute is located.
