Walking
If you are starting from Potsdam's main train station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head south on Breite Straße. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Turn left onto Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and continue for about 700 meters. You will then reach the Lustgarten on your right. The Ringerkolonnade is located within the Lustgarten.

From the Potsdam main train station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), you can take Bus 606 towards 'Nauener Tor'. Board the bus at the station and ride for 5 stops, getting off at 'Lustgarten' station. Once you exit the bus, the Ringerkolonnade will be directly in front of you in the Lustgarten.

From the Potsdam main train station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take Tram 92 towards 'S Potsdam Hauptbahnhof'. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Luisenplatz'. From there, walk towards the Lustgarten, which is just a short 5-minute walk. The Ringerkolonnade will be located within the Lustgarten area.
