If you are already near the Brandenburg Gate in Potsdam, you can walk to Potsdamer Str. 4. Head northeast on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, then turn right onto Potsdamer Straße. Continue walking straight for about 30 minutes, following the signs towards Berlin. Potsdamer Str. 4 will be on your left.
