Public Transport
From Potsdam central station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take the S7 train towards Ahrensfelde. Get off at Berlin Alexanderplatz station. Once you arrive at Alexanderplatz, exit the station and you will see the famous TV Tower (Fernsehturm) ahead of you. Walk towards the tower, and continue straight until you reach the War memorial. The Wappenbrunnen is located just a short walk from there, at the intersection of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße and Alexanderstraße.

If you are in central Potsdam, you can walk to the tram station. Take tram line 91 towards S Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Get off at the final stop, which is Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. From there, board the S7 train to Berlin Alexanderplatz. After reaching Alexanderplatz, walk towards the TV Tower, then follow the path mentioned above to reach Wappenbrunnen.
