If you are driving, head towards the A48 motorway. Exit at the junction for 'Koblenz' and follow signs for B49 towards Moselkern. Continue on B49 for about 15 kilometers. After passing through Moselkern, follow the signs for Burg Eltz and turn onto the B259. Continue straight until you see the signage for Eltz Castle. There is a parking area near the castle entrance, from which you will need to walk about 1.2 kilometers to reach the castle itself.
