If you are starting from Rostock Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 5 towards 'Dierkower Kreuz'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Hochschule' stop. From there, walk straight down 'Hochschulstraße' for about 5 minutes until you reach 'Hamburger Strasse'. Turn right on 'Hamburger Strasse' and continue for about 2 minutes. The Botanical Garden will be on your left at Hamburger Str. 28.

At the junction, take a left onto 'Hochschule'. Walk straight for about 15 minutes. When you reach 'Hamburger Strasse', turn right. The Botanical Garden will be about a 5-minute walk down the road on your left.
