From the bus stop, it is a short 10-minute walk to Rostock Heath. Follow the signs leading into the forest area.

If you are closer to the city center, you can walk to Rostock Heath. Start at the 'Neuer Markt' square and head north towards 'Rostocker Strasse'. Continue straight until you reach 'Lange Strasse'. Turn left and walk until you reach 'Kaiserstraße', then follow it until you reach the edge of the forest. The walk will take approximately 45 minutes and is about 3.5 km.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Rostock. Head north from the city center towards 'Lange Strasse' and then follow the designated bike lanes to 'Rostock, Heide'. The ride will take around 20 minutes and cover approximately 4 km.
