Walking
Start at the Rothenburg ob der Tauber Town Square (Marktplatz). From the Town Square, head east on Herrngasse, a charming street lined with shops and cafes, for about 500 meters. Continue straight until you reach the end of Herrngasse, where it meets the wall of the old city. Turn left onto Burggasse and follow this street for another 300 meters. You will see signs directing you to the Double Bridge (Doppelbrücke). Keep walking straight, and you will soon arrive at the bridge, which offers a picturesque view of the Tauber River and the surrounding area.

If you're starting from the Rothenburg ob der Tauber train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (B25). Turn right onto B25 and continue for about 800 meters until you reach the old city walls. Enter the old town through the Rödertor gate. Once inside, walk straight along the Spitalgasse street for approximately 400 meters, then turn right onto Burggasse. Follow Burggasse for another 300 meters, and you will find the Double Bridge ahead. This route showcases the historic architecture of Rothenburg as you make your way to the bridge.
