Public Transport
The easiest way to reach the Azaleenhaus within Wilhelma is by public transport. From Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main station), take the U14 U-Bahn line directly to the 'Wilhelma' station. The ride takes approximately 8 minutes, and the station is located right in front of Wilhelma's main entrance. A single ticket costs between €2-€3. From the main entrance, the Azaleenhaus is a short walk following the signs within the park.
Driving
If driving, follow signs for Wilhelma from major roads within Stuttgart. The Wilhelma parking garage is located on Neckartalstraße, near the main entrance. Parking costs €8 per day. Be aware that parking can be limited, especially on weekends and during peak season. From the parking garage, it's a short walk to the main entrance and then to the Azaleenhaus within the park.
Taxi/Ride-Share
A taxi or ride-share from Stuttgart city center to Wilhelma takes approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around €15-€20 for the ride. Ask to be dropped off at the Wilhelma main entrance on Neckartalstraße. From there, the Azaleenhaus is a short walk within the park.
