From Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the U6 (direction Gerlingen), U7 (direction Mönchfeld), or U15 (direction Stammheim) to Pragsattel. The ride takes approximately 5 minutes. From Pragsattel, take bus line 57 (direction Burgholzhof) to the Robert Bosch Krankenhaus stop, a 5-minute bus ride. From the bus stop, follow the signs for about 15 minutes walking uphill to Bismarckturm. A short-distance ticket (Kurzstrecke) from Hauptbahnhof to Pragsattel costs around €1.80.
