The City Library is easily accessible via public transport. Take the U-Bahn lines U5, U6, U7, or U15 to the 'Stadtbibliothek' stop. Alternatively, the U12 line stops at 'Budapester Platz,' a short walk away. Bus line 44 also stops at 'Stadtbibliothek'. All options are within a few minutes' walk of the library's main entrance. A single ride typically costs around €2.60.
Walking
From Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main train station), the City Library is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Exit the station towards BW Bank and follow Karoline-Kaulla-Weg and Athener Straße. Turn left onto Kopenhagener Straße, which leads directly to the Europe Plaza. Walk through the Plaza to reach Mailänder Platz and the library. This is a straightforward and well-signposted route.
Taxi/Ride-Share
