Public Transport
If you are in the city center, start by finding the nearest U-Bahn (subway) station. Take the U1 line towards 'Plochingen' or the U2 line towards 'Filderstadt'. Disembark at the 'Bad Cannstatt' station. From there, exit the station and head east on Wilhelmstraße. Continue straight until you reach Mergentheimer Straße. Turn left onto Mergentheimer Straße, and you will find Lautenschlägerbrunnen (Mergentheimer Str. 25) on your right side.

If you are near the Stuttgart Mercedes-Benz Museum, you can walk to Lautenschlägerbrunnen. Exit the museum and head south on Mercedesstraße. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Mergentheimer Straße. Turn left and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see Lautenschlägerbrunnen on your left at Mergentheimer Str. 25.
Bus
From the central station (Hauptbahnhof), board bus number 40 towards 'Bad Cannstatt'. Get off at the 'Mergentheimer Str.' stop. From there, walk along Mergentheimer Straße in the direction of the fountain. Lautenschlägerbrunnen will be on your left at Mergentheimer Str. 25.
