Walking
If you are in the central area of Mitte, you can easily walk to Schlossplatz. Start by heading towards the main street, Königstraße, which is a pedestrian zone. Walk south along Königstraße until you reach the intersection with Schloßstraße. Turn left onto Schloßstraße, and continue straight for about 5 minutes. You will see the entrance to Schlossplatz on your right.
Public Transport - U-Bahn
For those who prefer public transport, you can take the U-Bahn (subway) from the nearest station, Stadtmitte. Board the U5, U6, or U7 lines towards the direction of the Hauptbahnhof. Travel for just one stop and get off at the Schlossplatz stop. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs towards Schlossplatz, which is just a short walk away. The ticket price is approximately €2.50 for a single journey.
Public Transport - Tram
Another option is to take a tram. The nearest tram stop is also Stadtmitte. You can catch Tram 1, 2, or 4 from here. Board the tram and travel for one stop to the Schlossplatz stop. Once you exit the tram, you will be right at the entrance to Schlossplatz. Make sure to purchase a ticket from the vending machine before boarding, which costs around €2.50 for a single journey.
