Car
From central Taunus, head south on the B455 towards Frankfurt. Merge onto the A3 highway towards Frankfurt. After about 20 km, take the exit towards A661 Frankfurt. Continue on A661 and take exit 19 for Frankfurt-Niederrad. Follow signs for B44 towards Frankfurt-Innenstadt. Once you reach Norbert-Wollheim-Platz, the memorial will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the location.

From your location in Taunus, take the regional train (S-Bahn) to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Main Station). From the main station, transfer to tram line 12 or 21 towards 'Bockenheimer Warte'. Get off at the 'Norbert-Wollheim-Platz' stop. The memorial is just a short walk from the tram stop. A single ticket will cost around €2.75. Make sure to validate your ticket before boarding the train.
