Walking
From the Reißbrücke parking area (accessible via Lohberg/Sommerau), it's a pleasant walk to Kleiner Arbersee. Follow the well-marked trails through the forest. The walk takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Note that the path has some uneven sections. Alternatively, from the Mooshütte hiking parking lot, follow the signs to Kleiner Arbersee. This route also involves a walk of similar duration through scenic woodland.

Public Transport
Take the train to Lam or Bayerisch Eisenstein. From Lam, take bus line 6080 towards Großer Arber to the 'Lohberghütte' stop. From Bayerisch Eisenstein, take bus number 741 to the Kleiner Arbersee stop. From Lohberghütte, you can either walk to Kleiner Arbersee (approximately 45 minutes) or take the Kleine Arberseebahn (seasonal). A single ride on the Kleine Arberseebahn costs €9.50 for adults and €27 for a family ticket.

Drive towards Lohberg. From Lohberg, follow signs to Kleiner Arbersee. Note that you cannot drive directly to the lake. You can park at the Reißbrücke parking area or the Mooshütte hiking parking lot. Parking fees at Reißbrücke are approximately €5 per day.
