From the center of Würzburg, walk to the Würzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Once there, take bus line 21 towards 'Weikersheim' and enjoy the scenic ride. Get off at the 'Weikersheim Schloss' stop, which is just a short walk from the Castle and Gardens Weikersheim. Follow the signs leading to the castle entrance.

Head to Würzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and take a train towards 'Lauda'. You will need to change trains at 'Lauda' to get on the train bound for 'Weikersheim'. Once you arrive at 'Weikersheim' station, exit the station and walk towards the town center. The Castle and Gardens Weikersheim are approximately 1 kilometer away, and you can follow the signs or use a map to guide you.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Würzburg. Head out of the city towards Weikersheim on the B19 road. The distance is around 30 kilometers, and the route is mostly flat, making for a pleasant ride. Once you arrive in Weikersheim, follow the signs to the castle located at Marktpl. 11.

For those who enjoy walking, you can take a scenic route. Start from the center of Würzburg and walk towards the Main river. Follow the riverbank path, which will lead you out of the city. The walk to Weikersheim is about 30 kilometers and will take several hours, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes and bring refreshments. Once you arrive in Weikersheim, head towards the center to find the Castle and Gardens.
