If you are starting from the Würzburg Residence (Residenz Würzburg), exit the main entrance and turn left onto Residenzplatz. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Balthasar-Neumann-Straße. Turn right onto Balthasar-Neumann-Straße, and continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will come to the intersection with Martinstraße. Turn left onto Martinstraße, and you will see New Munster at number 4, just a short walk ahead on your left.

From the main train station (Würzburg Hauptbahnhof), take bus number 12 or 14 towards 'Heidingsfeld' or 'Grombühl'. Get off at the stop 'Neumünster', which is very close to your destination. After disembarking, walk a short distance along Martinstraße, and you will find New Munster at Martinstraße 4, just a few steps away.
