Ruby who I communicated with was helpful however her timelines were a little off on how long the photoshoot would take but outside of that the photoshoot and photographer was amazing. He was patient and worked with us to get the best poses and shots. I did take pictures on the horse which was extra but was worth it.

I booked the photoshoot last minute, 2 days prior to my departure from Accra. Since this was a last minute booking and I decided last minute to have makeup, arrangements was made for me to change into the dress in the room at the square (I was never alone and felt safe) and the makeup artist did my makeup outside at the square. I had an awesome experience considering this was a last minute booking. The makeup artist did the natural look that I asked for, photos on the horse at the beach was a nice touch. I received my photos within the committed time. All of my questions were answered, responsiveness is timely, etc. I requested the video of my shoot which was an additional fee.. Overall, my experience was positive.

Confidence and Alex were a great company throughout our trip. They handled our visas for Ghana, they gave us the docuemnts needed for the Nigerian visa, and took us to the best places in the itinerary and attended our needs and interests. They took care of us and made us feel safe. What we saw in those countries was interesting and tough. The slavery tours were mindopening and harsh, but necessary. Benin was very lovely with Ouidah being quaint and religious, the sea was beautiful along the coast.
