Kwame’s Tour provided great customer service. Before I arrived in Ghana, he informed me of the plans via voicemail and text. Figo, our tour guide, texted me to introduce himself and gave me an overview of what to expect upon arrival in Tamale. Kwame was punctual with providing round-trip private transportation from our hotel to the airport. He also checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly during our stay at Mole resort. When we arrived at Tamale Airport, Figo picked us up and we began our tour. Our first stop was at the village where we visited a mosque then had an immersive experience making Shea butter, lastly we checked into Mole National Park, where we were greeted by elephants upon arrival. We had lunch and then went on a two-hour safari tour followed by dinner. The next day, we drove around went on an early morning we drove around again on a two-hour safari tour in hopes of seeing some animals we hadn’t gotten to see during our previous tour. After our mourning tour, we had breakfast, used the pool, showered, and Figo dropped us off at the airport. Figo was respectful, personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The safari experience was simple and easy, with not too many activities, which was exactly what my husband prefers. Thank you, Kwame and Figo for making my husband’s 50th birthday safari trip a fun, relaxing, and exciting experience.

Trip to the Northern region

I really enjoyed visiting the Northern Region it’s peaceful, warm, and has a whole different atmosphere. If you’re thinking about doing something outdoors or safari-related, I’d definitely recommend it. The planning was solid, and getting picked up from the airport made things super convenient.

My family and I greatly appreciated this experience. The guide who picked us up was courteous and punctual. Upon our arrival at Shai Hills, an employee provided us with an informative tour. He explained the historical significance of the location and ensured our safety throughout the walk. The staff demonstrated patience and kindness, and we never felt rushed or as though we were inconveniencing them, even when one member of our group had difficulty keeping pace. They fostered an enjoyable atmosphere, and the information shared was impactful. I highly recommend visiting this site to anyone in the area.
