If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Aowin and head southeast on the main road. Follow the signs to Takoradi-Accra Road (N1). Continue on the N1 for approximately 100 kilometers until you reach Accra. Once in Accra, take the exit toward Osu and merge onto Accra - Osu Road. Continue straight until you reach Prof. Atta Mills High Street. Ussher Fort will be on your left at 33 Prof. Atta Mills High St. Look for parking in the vicinity, as street parking may be limited.

To reach Ussher Fort using public transportation, first find a trotro (shared minibus) heading to Accra from Aowin. Ensure you board one that goes directly to Accra Central. The fare is typically around 10 GHS. Once you arrive at the central trotro station in Accra, walk towards the nearest bus stop and take a local bus or another trotro heading to Osu. Get off at Prof. Atta Mills High Street.
