Getting There

  • Walking

    Begin at the Cape Coast Castle, which is centrally located in Cape Coast. From the castle, head southeast on the main road (Castle Road) towards the junction. Continue straight until you reach the traffic light at the junction with Accra Road. Turn left onto Accra Road and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on your right. Keep walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the Elmina Road. After walking for about 1.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Elmina on your left. Continue on this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach a fork. Take the right fork onto Dutch Cemetery Road. Ahomka Fie will be on your left at 15 Dutch Cemetery Rd, Elmina.

    Start at the Cape Coast main trotro station located near the central market. Board a trotro heading to Elmina, which is a common route. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Elmina, alight at the main junction. From there, walk straight along the main road for approximately 500 meters until you reach a fork. Take the right fork onto Dutch Cemetery Road, and Ahomka Fie will be on your left at 15 Dutch Cemetery Rd, Elmina.
