From the Cape Coast Central Market, head southeast on Market Street towards the Cape Coast - Takoradi Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction. At the junction, turn left onto Cape Coast - Takoradi Road. Walk for about 2 kilometers, passing by several local shops and eateries along the way. You will eventually see a sign for One Africa Health Resort on your right. It is located a short distance past the sign, just off the main road.

Public Transport (Tro-Tro)
From the Cape Coast Central Market, find a Tro-Tro station nearby. Board a Tro-Tro heading towards Elmina. Inform the driver that you are heading to One Africa Health Resort or ask to be dropped off at Elmina. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the Elmina junction. From there, walk back a short distance towards the Elmina Castle, then turn left onto Cape Coast - Takoradi Road. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you see the resort on your left.
