Walking
From the center of Cape Coast, head northeast on Castle Road towards the Cape Coast Castle. Continue straight until you reach the junction with R82. Turn left onto R82. Follow this road for about 20-30 minutes on foot, passing by local shops and cafes. You will see signs for Kakum National Park along the way. The entrance to the park will be on your left.

If you are able to rent a bicycle, start from the Cape Coast central market. Head towards the main road and turn onto Castle Road. Cycle northeast until you reach the junction with R82. Turn left onto R82 and continue cycling for about 20-30 minutes. Look for signs indicating Kakum National Park, which will be on your left side.

If you prefer to take a taxi, find a local taxi at designated taxi stands near the Cape Coast Castle or the central market. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kakum National Park, located on R82. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
