From the Cape Coast Castle, head east on Ntontom Street towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jukwa Road. Turn left onto Jukwa Road and walk for about 2 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Jukwa. Once you reach Jukwa, look for Jukwa Frami; the Monkey Sanctuary is located nearby. This route should take approximately 30-40 minutes on foot.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Cape Coast. Simply tell the driver 'Jukwa Frami' and they will take you directly to the Monkey Sanctuary. The ride typically takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Be sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey or ask the driver to use the meter if available.

Another option is to take a local tro-tro, which is a shared minibus. Head to the tro-tro station near Cape Coast Market and look for one heading to Jukwa. The fare is usually very affordable. Once you board, inform the conductor that you want to get off at Jukwa Frami. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Upon arrival at Jukwa, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the Monkey Sanctuary.
