Walking
Start your journey at Cape Coast Castle. From the castle, head east on Castle Road towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the main road (Cape Coast - Takoradi Road). Cross the road carefully and continue walking straight. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the traffic light intersection at the market area. Here, turn left onto Oguaa Road, which is the road leading to Odumase Abrafo. Walk straight for approximately 2 kilometers, passing by local shops and residential areas. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Odumase Abrafo. Upon reaching Odumase Abrafo, you will find the International Stingless Bee Centre on your right side, just before reaching the main entrance of the village.
Public Transport (Trotro)
If you prefer to take public transport, walk from Cape Coast Castle to the nearby trotro station located at the market. Look for a trotro heading towards Takoradi and inform the driver that you want to get off at Odumase Abrafo. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Odumase Abrafo, disembark at the main stop. From there, ask locals for directions to the International Stingless Bee Centre, which is about a 10-minute walk from the stop. You will find the centre on your right side as you approach the village.
