Car
From Gonjaland, head south towards the N10 highway. Follow the N10 for approximately 2 hours until you reach the junction with the Cape Coast road. Take the exit towards Cape Coast (signposted). Continue straight on this road for about 30 minutes until you reach the city center of Cape Coast. Follow the signs to Victoria Road, where Cape Coast Castle is located. There are parking facilities nearby, which may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation (Tro-Tro)
From any major town in Gonjaland, locate a tro-tro station that services the route to Cape Coast. Board a tro-tro heading toward Accra and ask the driver to drop you off at Cape Coast. The journey will take about 3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arrival at the Cape Coast tro-tro station, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Victoria Road where Cape Coast Castle is located. The taxi fare should be minimal (around 5-10 GH₵).
Public Transportation (Bus)
Travel from Gonjaland to Cape Coast via a bus company. Check local schedules for buses that run from Tamale or other major towns to Cape Coast. The journey may take around 4 to 5 hours. Once you arrive at the Cape Coast bus terminal, you can opt for a taxi to Victoria Road, which will cost approximately 5-10 GH₵. Alternatively, you can walk if you prefer.
